For the 11th consecutive year, Bellman managed NIG's presence at the annual BIBA Conference, a premier annual event in the insurance broker's calendar.

Working in close collaboration with our client, Bellman created an integrated communications campaign, pre-event evening and the design, build and management of their conference stand. 

An overarching theme based on their existing communications strategy of ‘Buy. Amend. Renew.’ was used throughout as B.A.R., tying all elements of their BIBA presence together.

For the stand, the client's brief was to create a stylish, inviting space with a clean, digital feel and strong customer engagement. The resultant clean, white, open sided space with clever accents in NIG’s purple branding had clearly defined areas for digital engagement and client interaction.  

Bespoke digital presentations, designed and produced by Bellman, were viewable on a large screen with interactive versions accessible on multiple iPads at the NIG Expert B.A.R. with eConsultants on-hand to advise.

Delegates were treated to fresh barrista coffee (proving ever more popular year on year) and molecular gastronomy provided by Bubble Food.

Customer engagement with NIG began outside the venue at the NIG Juice B.A.R., where brand ambassadors presented delegates entering the venue with fresh chilled smoothies and a card printed with a unique code to enter the digital ‘Spin to Win’ on-stand competition.

The ‘Spin to Win’ game was specifically designed and built by Bellman for NIG to use at BIBA. The primary aim was to ensure that gameplay was short and wins were entirely random.

As a secondary engagement there was also an on-stand Linked-In photo wall where a professional photographer was on standby to take new profile pictures of interested delegates.

The NIG pre-event for specially invited guests was held at a private members club in Media City. The B.A.R. theme extended to this event and with only a few hours to transform the space, impactful yet subtle signage reinforced the brand without detracting from the stylish environment.

A gin parlour and hugely popular and competitive B.A.R. Pong tournament kept the delegates entertained for the evening.
